What this opportunity involves: We are currently seeking a Facilities Coordinator to join our team. As a Facilities Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in managing key client facilities management queries, ensuring superior customer service and maintaining compliance with health and safety management systems.
Overview of the role: Procuring and managing contractors to meet client expectations and contract obligationsConducting regular audits to ensure compliance and proper risk management procedures are in placeEscalating incidents and critical operational issues in accordance with established proceduresCompleting site audits and creating operational reports for monitoring compliance and service performanceAssisting with the implementation of property risk management program and business continuity plansOversee work order management across a large, diverse portfolio using JLL softwareSounds like you?
