Overview Survey Technician | Sydney, NSW | Land Surveying Firm We are looking for a Surveying Technician to join our client's team in Sydney. Our client is a land surveying firm with projects throughout the Sydney metro area. This role comes with complete training and mentorship. You will work alongside an experienced team and assist a senior team member. You will gain experience in assisting in multiple types of land surveying, such as feature surveys and topographic surveys and assist with boundary surveys, to name a few. Key Responsibilities Help surveyors with fieldwork, boundary, detail, and set-out surveys. Operate and maintain surveying tools such as drones, GNSS, scanners, and Total Stations. Accurately gather, handle, and process survey data. Create and revise survey reports and strategies. Ensure adherence to project deadlines, safety regulations, and company standards. What you need to be a successful candidate Residing in Sydney or willing to relocate Full Working rights – Sponsorship is not available for this role. A relevant degree in civil engineering, surveying, or the spatial sciences, or the pursuit of one. Although it is not required, prior land surveying experience is preferable; training will be given. Excellent problem-solving and attention to detail abilities. A valid driver's licence.
