What Makes This Role Stand Out Step into a Lead Survey Drafter / Drafting Manager pathway Work across land development, infrastructure, and construction projects Join a tight-knit, collaborative team with a reputation for excellence Be mentored directly by the Director Long-term career growth What You'll Be Doing Lead the delivery of survey drawings using AutoCAD, Civil 3D, Civil Site Design, or similar Draft topographic, cadastral, construction & as-built plans from field data Translate surveyor notes, sketches & digital inputs into accurate plans Review, QA, and finalise deliverables for consistency and compliance Liaise with surveyors, engineers, and clients to resolve discrepancies Improve and maintain drafting templates, standards, and efficiencies Leadership Opportunity Mentor and support junior drafters Manage drafting workflow and priorities across multiple projects Provide internal training on software and technical standards Collaborate on process improvements and drafting innovations Be part of strategic planning with the leadership team What You'll Bring Strong experience as a Survey Drafter in land or construction surveying Proficiency in AutoCAD and ideally Civil 3D, Civil Site Design, or similar software A deep understanding of survey principles and cadastral / construction workflows Excellent attention to detail and a drive for continuous improvement A collaborative, proactive attitude and readiness to lead A long-term mindset and a passion for being part of a high-quality team Apply now or call Natasha on for a confidential chat. #J-18808-Ljbffr
