About Us Grand Pacific Health (GPH) is a for-purpose community-based organisation providing high-quality health services to assist people in managing their physical and mental health. GPH’s mission is to provide equitable healthcare with an emphasis on helping vulnerable and at-risk populations, as well as regional communities. GPH employs over 400 staff, including many qualified health professionals, peer workers, and community workers, covering a large regional geographical footprint in NSW and ACT. About The Position SHaWS is a primary health, mental health, Aboriginal health, drug, and alcohol treatment and support service. As an Aboriginal Health Worker, you will work collaboratively to support the delivery of health services to Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander communities in the Bega region, improving access to healthcare, health screening, chronic disease management, and health promotion. You will work as part of a team supporting the community to promote community engagement, coordinate events, health promotion activities, health appointments, and clinics that contribute to the wellbeing of the individual and community.
