Position Title: Project Officer – Impact Measurement Implementation Classification: HS33 Salary per hour: $51.95 + superannuation + generous salary packaging options Award: Health and Allied Services, Managers and Administrative Workers (Victorian Public Sector) (Single Interest Employers) Enterprise Agreement Dhelkaya Health has an exciting opportunity for a Project Officer to lead the implementation of our newly developed Impact Measurement Framework (IMF) across the Community Services & Wellbeing Directorate. This framework will enable us to measure, understand, and improve the impact we have in our community. Key Responsibilities Support staff across in-scope services to implement outcome measures in line with the IMF implementation plan. Collaborate with our external provider to develop a data dashboard for monitoring and reporting. Apply learnings throughout the implementation process to refine the measurement approach. Assess the framework's application beyond initial consumer cohorts and explore broader organisational integration. About you Strong project management skills with experience in implementing frameworks or systems. Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilities. Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and drive continuous improvement. Knowledge of community health or wellbeing services is desirable.
