Culture: Supportive, collaborative team with opportunities to grow About the Role R1 Roofing Services is looking for a highly organised and proactive Office Manager to take ownership of our day-to-day administration and work closely with the Director and team as the business continues to grow. This is a pivotal role where you’ll ensure the office runs smoothly, communication flows effectively, and clients receive an exceptional experience from first contact to job completion. About Us R1 Roofing Services delivers high-quality roofing and plumbing solutions across residential, domestic, and insurance projects. We are a rapidly expanding company that values reliability, collaboration, and a positive workplace culture. Key Responsibilities Manage all office administration, emails, calls, and correspondence Schedule jobs and coordinate with roofing teams and suppliers Prepare invoices, supplier documents, and purchase orders for contractors Maintain compliance documentation, WHS records, and daily SWMS documentation Assist management with planning, reporting, and operational tasks Manage digital filing, customer records, and job management systems (Simpro & Xero) Support basic accounts, payroll, superannuation, and other finance-related tasks Optimise office systems and processes to improve efficiency Skills & Experience Minimum 3 years’ experience in a similar role Experience in office administration or coordination (construction preferred but not essential) Highly organised and detail-oriented Strong communication and customer service skills Ability to handle multiple priorities in a busy environment Proficiency with digital tools such as Simpro, Xero, and Microsoft Office Bonus points for experience with AroFlo or Simpro Positive, proactive attitude with a willingness to improve systems and processes Tech-savvy and keen to learn and grow What We Offer Job security in a successful and growing business Supportive leadership with autonomy and trust Flexible, realistic approach to work-life balance Ongoing training and skill development A positive team culture where achievements are celebrated If this sounds like you, reach out today via email: Location: Lilydale, VIC, Australia Salary: A$75,000-$85,000 p/a #J-18808-Ljbffr
