Our purpose is to enrich lives through better financial decisions, and you can be part of that The role We are seeking an experienced Client Services Officer to support our Bendigo team. We anticipate that the role will be full time, however flexible hours are available and Part Time can be negotiated for the right candidate. The Client Services Officer is responsible for providing administrative and executive support to the Tax and Accounting team, this assists in the delivery of a range of services to Strategem clients. The CSO manages the coordination of workflows between Partners and the team, handles client enquiries, administers client documents, and assists with diary management of the Partners. The CSO works collaboratively across the business with many different stakeholders and teams and works to ensure that workflow run smoothly and effectively for both the team members and clients. Experience in working in a public accounting practice or boutique professional services sector (such as a financial services or law firm) would be an advantage. What we are looking for Is passionate about people and goes above and beyond to provide a great client experience. Possesses initiative and the ability to work flexibly within a team. Is driven by supporting those around them and has the ability to prioritise depending on the demands of the business. Minimum 2-3 years of experience in client services or administrative support roles. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and practice management software. Australian citizenship or permanent residency with unrestricted right to work in Australia. Ability to obtain and maintain a National Police Clearance due to the nature of client work.
