Digitise Consulting, Powered by BRS, is growing and seeking a highly motivated Graduate Civil Engineer to join our Digital Engineering team. This role offers opportunities beyond traditional engineering, including collaboration on innovative projects, shaping an emerging consultancy, advanced training, industry‑leading practices, and flexible work arrangements. Location: Sydney, New South Wales, Australia Salary: A$120,000 - A$130,000 The Opportunity As a Graduate Civil Engineer, you will primarily support our Digital Engineering services, including advisory, design, and delivery for infrastructure projects. You may also assist our Asset Management team by generating asset data and reports for project handover. You’ll gain hands‑on experience with cutting‑edge digital and engineering software platforms such as 12d Model, Revizto, Revit, Navisworks, Solibri, and more. Skills and Experience Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related discipline. Experience in engineering for infrastructure or building projects is advantageous. A passion for innovation and continuous improvement. Familiarity with digital and engineering software platforms such as AutoCAD, Revizto, Navisworks, Solibri, and BIM Track is desirable but not essential. Understanding of large‑scale data management and proficiency in programming languages such as VBA, C++, Python, or SQL is highly regarded.
