About The Role As an Allied Health Manager, you’ll lead a diverse portfolio of programs – including Therapy and Behaviour Support, Family Intervention Services, Community Aged Care and more. You'll manage a talented multi‑disciplinary team to deliver person‑centred, strengths‑based, life‑changing services across paediatric, youth, adult and aged care populations. You’ll report to the Director of Community & Allied Health and be responsible for planning, budgeting, team development, and service innovation. About You You are a dynamic, experienced Allied Health professional passionate about leadership, innovation, and client‑centred care. You bring strong operational management skills, a collaborative mindset, and a commitment to excellence across NDIS, Aged Care, Education and Family Services. You’ll Need Tertiary qualification in Allied Health and current registration with the relevant professional body Minimum 3+ years in a leadership/management role within Allied Health Current Working with Children Check, NDIS Check, National Police Check and Driver’s Licence Proven experience coaching, mentoring and managing multidisciplinary teams Strong understanding of NDIS, Aged Care, and early intervention services Excellent communication, strategic planning and budget management skills Key Deliverables Lead and manage Allied Health teams and funded programs Drive service quality, innovation and continuous improvement Oversee recruitment, training, supervision and performance management Ensure compliance with NDIS, Aged Care and organisational standards Develop strategic plans, budgets and marketing initiatives Manage incidents, audits and stakeholder relationships Promote a culture of wellness, safety and social justice Who we are Formerly the Anglican Diocese of Newcastle, Newcastle Anglican is a faith‑based organisation serving the Hunter and Central Coast.
