ARE YOU KEEN ON BUILDING A CAREER AS A SOLAR INSTALLATION PROFESSIONAL? Solar Run Keysborough specialises in Residential Solar installations across Victoria. The Role We are seeking an experienced CEC accredited solar installer, ready to take the next step in their career. The Successful candidate will head the installation team and be responsible for Managing the team and installation on site. Fully equiped van and phone to use. DUTIES AND TASKS Deliver works on time and on budget; Routinely monitor solar projects post-installation to ensure they are operating efficiently, fault finding & rectification as required; Complete on site risk assessment (JSA) and required CEC documentation, and maintain safe work practices, delivery timelines and quality workmanship; Liaising with customers on site Manage and teach apprentices on the job SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE The role will ideally suit an experienced Solar installer, having both electrical, solar & battery experience, with a positive can‑do attitude. The successful candidate will be able to problem‑solve, have a proactive work ethic coupled with the following qualifications, experience and attributes: Minimum of 12 Months Solar install experience. Battery installation accreditation is an advantage. Ability to manage the installation team. Work with management towards continual business improvements/ initiatives Superior attention to detail with exceptional organisational skills and capabilities Participate and contribute to our dynamic team environment.
