As a Technical Program Manager at Google, you’ll use your technical expertise to lead complex, multi-disciplinary projects from start to finish. You’ll work with stakeholders to plan requirements, identify risks, manage project schedules, and communicate clearly with cross‑functional partners across the company. You're equally comfortable explaining your team's analyses and recommendations to executives as you are discussing the technical tradeoffs in product development with engineers. Responsibilities Manage projects to develop and publish topology and capacity Plans of Record, align with weekly and monthly network supply plan cycles. Support the release of network plans, ensure topology changes pass through regional reviews and change control board approvals. Drive the transition to new planning pipelines and systems of record while maintaining strong relationships with internal partners. Establish and monitor key business metrics to improve planning queue efficiency, throughput, and adherence to established SLAs. Provide technical guidance to automate workflows and liaise with partner teams (GND, GNS) to resolve obstacles in the planning process. #J-18808-Ljbffr
