Administration Officer – Antenatal We are seeking an enthusiastic, dedicated, and motivated Administration Officer to join the Antenatal Department at Hornsby Ku-ring-gai Hospital. As a member of our team, you will have opportunities to grow and develop your administrative skills and work with the multidisciplinary team to deliver high‑quality patient‑centred care. Employment Type: Temporary Part Time until 10 November 2026 (with possibility of ongoing employment) Position Classification: Administration Officer Level 3 Remuneration: $35.84 – $36.96 per hour Hours Per Week: 22 Requisition ID: REQ Where you’ll be working: Outpatient Antenatal Clinic at Hornsby Ku-ring-gai Hospital. What You’ll Be Doing: Assist with enquiries from patients, families and carers efficiently and courteously, directing information to the appropriate clinician. Complete all required administrative tasks in a timely manner and support the Midwifery Unit Manager and staff as required.
