What You’ll Be Doing Building trust and asking the right questions using our 16-Step Sales Process Recommending solutions across cybersecurity, software, backup, device setups, accessories, repairs and training Helping customers understand the “why” behind what they came in for Growing your product and service knowledge across Apple, Samsung, Windows, networking and more Working as part of a results-driven team that values ownership and accountability What We’re Looking For Confident communicators who can build rapport fast Background in retail, hospitality, telco, gyms, or finance is great – but not required Sales-minded or sales-curious – you must be hungry to succeed Willingness to learn tech and services (data, security, software) King IT is expanding across Queensland, and we promote from within.Many of our current leaders started in sales roles. In the next 6–12 months, we’ll be opening new stores and leadership opportunities including Store Manager and District Manager roles. If you’re someone who learns fast, leads by example, and puts customers first — there’s a clear pathway ahead.
