About your new Role This role is accountable for the cultivation of effective relationships with our most important commercial corporate relationships. The Corporate Relationship Manager achieves this through the development of comprehensive relationship management plans and the execution of those plans: Deeply manage a portfolio of 6–7 key B2B corporate relationships, primarily government-owned entities. Build strategic, deliberate, and trusted relationships at Senior Management levels (just below C-suite). Engage directly with HR, Corporate Affairs, and Finance leaders to strengthen partnerships and deliver Brighter Super’s boutique-at-scale service model. Provide reputational support and strategic alignment between Brighter Super and each corporate partner. Identify and maintain relationships with influential and decision‑making stakeholders. About You You are someone that thrives within a sales environment who is driven by building key strategic relationships. You are able to bring to the role your expertise across the Queensland political landscape and exposure in working with key Local Government and Energy sectors: Experience in developing and nurturing leads in a highly regulated environment. Demonstrated experience in relationship management, negotiation and promotional skills, particularly at executive level (exposure to and existing relationships in Local Government or Energy sectors is advantageous) Experience working across technical superannuation matters. Ability to build internal relationships at the Leadership level.
