The Role Join a high-performing, collaborative team driving innovation and strategic procurement for third-party manufacturing. This role offers exposure to diverse stakeholders, exciting projects, and opportunities to make a real impact. Responsibilities Manage third-party manufacturing suppliers to deliver strategic plans, operational requirements, and commercial goals. Source and onboard new suppliers to support business growth and innovation projects. Oversee contract and vendor management, ensuring compliance with KPIs and contractual obligations. Analyse market trends and data to provide recommendations for sourcing decisions. Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to achieve business objectives. About You Experienced in procurement within FMCG or related industries, with strong commercial acumen and knowledge of manufacturing and Supply Chain. Skilled in negotiation, communication, and stakeholder engagement. Able to manage complexity and prioritise multiple commitments effectively. Collaborative and adaptable, with a focus on delivering results and continuous improvement.
