Designed in Melbourne, loved worldwide, we’ve been helping women feel fabulous for over 40 years We’re seeking an experienced and commercial Merchandise Planner to join our team. Reporting to the Planning Manager, you’ll lead range planning and forecasting for our key fashion categories, using your analytical and market insights to optimise sales and drive profitability across the business. Responsibilities Build seasonal budgets and manage in season forecasts for sales, inventory, markdown downs, GP and OTB for relevant categories Build, implement and manage Option plans to achieve financial KPIs Establish and maintain Item plans for all key items, ensuring optimal inventory levels are maintained Collaborate with our Product team to develop merchandising strategies, participate in range reviews and provide analysis of monthly collections Conduct regular performance analysis, identify opportunities for range improvement and recommend actionable strategies to maximise sales and minimise risk Skills & Experience Strong experience in fashion planning roles or retail equivalent Strong retail business acumen with solid understanding of key financial metrics Tertiary qualified or equivalent in Business, Commerce or Accounting Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and trends Advanced Microsoft Excel skills; experience with merchandise planning systems advantageous Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving ability Proactive, results-driven, and passionate about using data to drive business growth Benefits Competitive remuneration and employee discounts Opportunity to work for an iconic Australian retailer Northcote office, close by transport Access to our staff sample shop Monthly team celebrations How to Apply Click on the Apply button to submit your cover letter and CV.
