OTR Tyres is a national leader in the supply and service of tyre, wheel and axles for the transport, mining and agriculture industries. We are currently seeking a full time Operations Support Officer for our busy Kalgoorlie branch. You will be the first point of contact for our customers and responsible for providing support to our Service Manager in daily operations. Key Duties Being the branch’s first point of contact you shall meet & greet customers and respond to enquiries by phone & email with professionalism and courtesy Providing excellent customer service including providing quotes Perform daily data entry in Ostendo including generating and sending invoices to clients in a timely manner Responsible for stock/inventory control & office consumables Receiving, handling and dispatching of products whilst ensuring documentation is accurate before being dispatched from the branch General administration tasks such as photocopying, scanning & filing About You Friendly and mature approach with an exceptional customer service attitude Have a valid Australian (or international) Drivers Licence Competent level of computer proficiency with MS office & Outlook, with experience using Ostendo highly regarded, however not essential as training will be provided Strong multitasking and time-management skills with the ability to prioritise tasks Excellent written and verbal communication skills The ability to work autonomously and proactively, with minimal supervision Teamwork orientation and a positive attitude Ability to work between the hours of 8.00AM and 5.00PM Monday to Friday What we offer A fantastic opportunity to work with a Western Australian privately owned and operated company, OTR will reward you with a competitive remuneration package.
