About the Role Join us as a Customer Care Specialist, being the first point of contact for customers using our GPS & telematics products. Shifts after completion of training: Sunday – Thursday or Tuesday – Saturday. What You’ll Do Be the first line of support for customers and field technicians. Troubleshoot product issues across a range of GPS & telematics solutions. Manage customer cases end‑to‑end, ensuring timely and effective resolution. Liaise confidently with internal stakeholders such as Technical Support, Engineering, Billing and Sales. Document case progress and outcomes accurately in our CRM. Proactively communicate with customers to keep them informed. Identify opportunities for service improvement and contribute to team initiatives. What Makes You a Great Fit Experience in case management or a role that requires owning and driving issues through to resolution. Strong communication skills – engaging confidently with customers and internal stakeholders, including technical teams. Ability to troubleshoot technical or product‑based issues (GPS/Telematics/Software support experience is highly regarded but not essential – full training provided). A proactive, solutions‑oriented mindset. Excellent organisational and time‑management skills. Previous experience in a service delivery, technical support, or customer operations role is highly desirable. Problem‑Solver: critical thinking, swift action, and result delivery.
