Site Engineer / Junior Project Manager - Utilities Site Engineer – Utilities Western Sydney | $negotiable DOE + Super | 3-6 Month Contract Atom Resources is partnering with a growing civil contractor to recruit an experienced Site Engineer with a strong background in utilities infrastructure for projects across Western Sydney. Our client delivers a range of utility works including trenching, pits & pipes, conduit installation, reinstatement and associated civil construction. This role supports the delivery team across site operations and project coordination, working closely with Project Management and Supervisors to ensure works are delivered safely, on time, and to spec. About the Role You will support the end-to-end delivery of utility and civil works across multiple work fronts, contributing to planning, procurement, QA, reporting and stakeholder coordination. Key Responsibilities Support daily site delivery across utilities. Experience in the Level 1 Electrical Market (Transmission experience ideally). Manage procurement support including material take-offs, ordering and delivery coordination. Coordinate subcontractors and suppliers to ensure productivity, safety and quality expectations are met. Attend meetings with designers, clients & stakeholders. About You To be successful, you will bring: Previous experience as a Site Engineer on utilities projects (water, sewer, electrical, NBN/communications or gas). Strong understanding of civil construction activities including trenching, services, reinstatement and traffic management interfaces. Confident communicator able to work across site and office environments. Driver’s license and own transport.
