As we embark on an exciting series of projects, we are looking for an exceptional Site Engineer to join our dynamic construction team. The ideal candidate will bring experience in high-rise residential construction and possess strong diverse exposure to quality projects. About the Role Reporting to the Site Manager, the Site Engineer plays an essential role in ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, and to Landmark’s high-quality standards. You will assist with site planning, coordination, documentation control, procurement, and communication across consultants, subcontractors, and internal teams. This is a hands-on, fast-paced role suited to someone who thrives on detail, structure, and operational excellence. Key Responsibilities Support the Site Manager with daily site coordination, planning, and communication Manage safety documentation (including SWMS) and assist with site safety walks Maintain drawing registers and oversee all document control through the site systems Coordinate RFIs, site instructions, and shop drawing reviews Administer Quality Assurance processes including ITPs, inspections, and quality checks Prepare and review O&M manuals, completion documentation, and As-Built drawings Maintain daily site activity registers and support site administration tasks Liaise with consultants, subcontractors, and authorities, including permits and notices Support project milestones by assisting the PM and site team with program tracking Skills and Experience Trade or degree qualification in construction, engineering, or related discipline Minimum 3+ years’ experience in a Site Engineer or similar role, ideally within high-rise residential construction Strong knowledge of construction sequencing, quality assurance, and compliance processes Excellent skills in reading and interpreting plans, drawings, and specifications Highly organised, detail-driven, and diligent in managing documentation Strong communication skills with the ability to build effective relationships with subcontractors and consultants Proficient in construction document management systems (e.g. Procore, Aconex, or similar) Proactive, initiative-driven, and committed to delivering high-quality outcomes Apply Today Submit your resume via the Quick Apply button, including relevant project experience.
