Senior Consultant - Civil/Rail/Infrastructure Contract Recruitment Role Overview: We are seeking a skilled Site Engineer to support FRP (Fiber-Reinforced Polymer) defect rectification works on the Western Tunnelling Project. This role requires hands-on coordination of concrete repair activities, management of subcontractors, and strict adherence to quality and safety standards on-site.Key Responsibilities: Coordinate and supervise FRP defect rectification and concrete repair works on-site. Manage subcontractors, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to project specifications. Monitor and enforce quality assurance and safety standards throughout all stages of construction. Inspect formwork, reinforcement, and concrete works to ensure compliance with design requirements. Liaise with project engineers and stakeholders to ensure smooth workflow and resolution of technical issues. Maintain accurate site documentation, reports, and progress records. Skills and Experience: Proven experience in formwork, reinforcement, and concrete works on major infrastructure or tunnelling projects. Strong knowledge of construction techniques, quality control, and safety regulations. Excellent coordination and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple subcontractors. Ability to interpret engineering drawings and specifications accurately. Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail and proactive approach on-site. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, or related field. Relevant site engineering experience in large-scale infrastructure projects.
