Requisition ID: REQ Location: Negotiable within the Murrumbidgee Local Health DistrictEmployment Type: Temporary Full Time (until 24 July 2026)Position Classification: Health Manager Level 3Remuneration: $132,236 – $150,222 per annum + super + 17.5% leave loading Lead, inspire, and evolve recruitment delivery at MLHD About the Opportunity The Manager, Recruitment Services is a key leadership role that oversees Murrumbidgee Local Health District (MLHD)’s general recruitment function, ensuring MLHD attract, engage, and secure exceptional talent across the District. You will lead a high-performing team, strengthen partnerships with leaders, and drive improvements. In this role, you will: Lead, develop, and inspire a large recruitment team to deliver efficient, compliant, and customer-focused services. Develop and implement recruitment strategies that address current and future workforce needs across MLHD. Provide expert advice to senior leaders on recruitment matters, workforce trends, and talent attraction strategies. Champion change and continuous improvement, enhancing systems, processes, and stakeholder engagement. Represent MLHD in state-wide forums and working groups, contributing to sector-wide workforce initiatives. To find out more, please review the Position Description. You’ll bring: Proven experience leading a recruitment or workforce team within a complex organisation. Strong understanding of recruitment policies, governance, and best‑practice methodologies. Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to influence and build trust at all levels. Proven capability to lead through change, drive collaboration, and build a culture of performance and accountability.
