With an ISO‑certified WHS system and meticulous quality controls, they deliver projects on time, on budget, and to the highest standards.The OpportunityThey are looking to appoint a Senior Project Manager for delivery of a high-spec school project in Sydney valued at c. $30M. In this role, you’ll manage complex a complex project which demands strong leadership and high expectations around performance.Working closely with Directors and delivery teams, you’ll ensure strategic project oversight through to completion, delivering projects with precision, clear communication, and commercial discipline.The RoleAs a key member of senior leadership, your responsibilities will include:Leading multi-disciplinary teams to deliver high-quality projects across sectors including retail, education, industrial or hospitality Managing project programs, budgets, subcontractors, and procurement under tight commercial control Overseeing risk, quality and safety compliance in line with ISO standards and internal protocols Building strong relationships with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and internal teams Providing regular reporting to senior leadership on progress, financials and risk mitigation About You5-8+ years of experience in a Senior Project Manager role across commercial, institutional, education or hospitality sectors Experience in AS4000 construct only contracts Proven ability to manage large-scale, design-led projects from inception to handover Strong commercial acumen, with experience managing project P&L, claims, and contract negotiations Excellent communication and leadership skills with a collaborative, client-centric mindset Experience working within WHS and quality frameworks, including ISO standards In ReturnSalary up to $300,000 + Super, depending on experience Opportunity to lead high-profile projects across diverse sectors Work with a respected, values-driven builder backed by financial stability and strong governance Flat leadership culture with real autonomy and exposure to key decision-makers Access to ongoing professional development and future project ownership opportunities How to Apply Click apply to submit your resume and project list (Word format preferred).For any queries about this role or others, contact Mitchell Barker at .Applications are handled with the strictest confidentiality.
