General Practitioner - Palmerston, Darwin (DPA/MM2) THE PRACTICE Established accredited GP practice Working hours 8 am – 4.30 pm weekdays, very flexible Patient and staff parking available Choose your appointment times; you have full clinical independence THE OPPORTUNITY Supported with full nursing coverage Allied Health support available Skin Cancer, minor procedures, women's health, and chronic disease management sub‑specialties in demand Earnings $150 / hour, or 65‑70% of billings, whichever is higher Likely annual earnings $250,000‑$450,000 before tax DUTIES Examine patients, take histories, order labs, X‑rays, and other diagnostic procedures Consult with other medical practitioners to evaluate patients' physical and mental health Prescribe and administer medications and treatments Vaccinate patients to prevent and treat diseases Advise patients and families on health care, health promotion, disease, illness and accident prevention Provide counseling and support on a wide range of health and lifestyle issues LOCATION DPA/MM2, Palmerston, Darwin – a vibrant centre in a city of 140 000 with a GP shortage Visa sponsorship and support for permanent residency ADDITIONAL BENEFITS Relocation / sign‑on bonus up to $15 000 ABOUT YOU General Practitioner holding FRACGP, FACRRM, or a comparable specialist pathway qualification Clinically independent, works flexible schedules Additional information Will suit NHS trained MRCGPs on Expedited – Join established accredited practice Great work/life balance for those seeking a sea change Choose your appointment times; you have full clinical independence #J-18808-Ljbffr
