The Role We’re looking for a detail-oriented Service Administrator to join our busy Service Department at our Wangara office. As the central hub for all post-installation queries and technical issues, you’ll be the first point of contact for customers needing support. In this collaborative and supportive team, you’ll handle phone and email enquiries, resolve complaints and keep everything running smoothly behind the scenes. Key Responsibilities Create and schedule jobs using Simpro Respond to customer queries and complaints with confidence and empathy Review Synergy bills and solar production to clarify savings Troubleshoot system issues remotely and guide customers to a solution Liaise with manufacturers on warranty cases Coordinate work orders with contractors and suppliers Prepare quotes and invoices for non-warranty work Skills and Experience Proven administration experience Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to manage challenging interactions Highly organised with excellent time management Adaptable and able to multitask in a fast‑paced environment Outstanding written and verbal communication skills Experience in the solar industry is an advantage but not essential What We Offer Permanent full‑time role (part-time considered) Competitive remuneration Monday to Friday, 38‑hour work week – finish at 5 pm, no weekends or overtime Comprehensive training and a supportive, friendly team Convenient Wangara location with free parking Regular company social events Whether your background is in scheduling, operations, administration or technical support, if you excel at delivering outstanding customer service, we’d love to hear from you. apply now and join Perth Solar Force – where your skills and commitment will be valued. #J-18808-Ljbffr
