We are searching for a dedicated full-time Administration assistant to join our dynamic team. The Position: As an Administration assistant, you'll play a vital role in our fast-paced office environment, directly supporting our general manager in making crucial financial decisions. Your interactions with customers and colleagues will be key to our success, ensuring that our operations run smoothly. If you're ready to push the boundaries and aim for excellence, this is the place for you Follow up with customers for timely payment of invoices. Efficiently handle internal and external queries. Perform general administrative tasks as needed. Excellent phone manner and charisma to engage effectively. Highly presentable and a team player in a close-knit environment. Keen attention to detail with strong time management skills. Reliable, punctual, and proficient with computers (Word, Excel, Adobe, etc.). 3 years of experience in a similar role. Preferably experienced with XERO and Microsoft Dynamics CRM. Holds a current C class driver's license and own transport. You'll be part of a rapidly expanding industry with limitless opportunities for growth.
