HANDYMAN / MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN for Top Solar Co. IMMEDIATE START We are a top ranking national solar company in a massive growth phase. This role is perfect for someone who is skilled, reliable, takes pride in quality workmanship, and wants to be part of a team that actually appreciates hard work. This is not just another handyman job. This role plays an integral part in supporting our installation teams and maintaining our high standards across properties, vehicles, and small repair works. Daily Mission Carry out small repair and maintenance jobs across various properties Patch holes in plasterboard, gyprock and rendered walls to a professional finish Perform minor rendering and surface repairs Paint, paint‑match , and purchase paints as required Replace tiles on roofs (tile matching, re‑bedding and re‑pointing a bonus) Support our installation teams as labour in between installs when required Work closely with our internal teams to deliver high‑quality outcomes Communicate with customers and colleagues professionally and respectfully Use excellent time management and attention to detail to complete tasks efficiently Essential Attributes A “will‑to‑win” mentality — someone who takes pride in their work Out‑of‑the‑box thinker with strong problem‑solving skills Outstanding attitude, well‑presented, and excellent with people Eye for detail and high personal standards Reliable, punctual, and self‑motivated 100% team player — we work in a very close‑knit environment Strong communications skills — you will often be customer‑facing Loves working in a fast‑paced, high‑growth environment Minimum Requirements Minimum 3 years experience in: Patching holes in walls (plaster, gyprock, rendered surfaces) Rendering repairs Painting + paint matching Small repair works Replacing tiles on roofs Must have own vehicle — vehicle allowance paid on top Basic tool kit Current Australian Driver Licence White Card (preferred) Ability to work safely at heights (preferred) What You Get Exceptional pay package + vehicle allowance Full‑time hours Monday to Friday Weekend work & overtime available A team that values you and celebrates high performance Long‑term stability in one of Australia’s fastest‑growing solar companies If this is what you’re looking for and you meet the above criteria — apply now (Please don’t apply if you don’t genuinely meet the requirements.)
