Job Description Reporting to the Finance Director, the Finance Manager will be basedon-site with one of our Government clients in Canberra, and will providecomprehensive financial analysis and reporting services with a focus oncontinuous improvement. You will maintain a Global Best Practiceapproach in the establishment, Management and delivery of the FinanceTeam services to our client account, as well as achieve KPI, financialand other targets. Success in the role will be measured by the abilityto extract and analyse data into clear and cogent reports, and engagewith relevant stakeholders to understand their reporting requirements. Job Requirements Develop, update, implement and maintain the procedures, processes andmanagement systems required to ensure astute financial management ofthe Services Oversee, co-ordinate and support the activities and development of the finance and financial support staff. Establish and implement client specific financial reporting, includingbudgets, quarterly forecasts, assets under construction and leasereporting. Prepare and present monthly management accounts and reports,of actual against budget with appropriate detailed variance analysis Management and administration of all financial transactions associatedwith leases, acquisition and divestments and capital works Support of accounts receivable functions, including billing,collections, reconciliation of lease payments, outgoings charges,monitoring of key dates, calculation of rent escalations and tracking ofkey lease terms as it pertains to finance Support of lease administration, including calculation of rent escalations.
