Night Duty Support Worker - Respite - Noranda Calling all night duty support workers Join Rocky Bay as a Night Duty Respite Support Worker About the role: Salary: $29.19 - $36.55 per hour + Generous Salary Packaging + Night Duty Penalties Permanent Part Time roster: Week One = Tuesday & Wednesday nights 2300 - 0830Week Two = Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Saturday & Sunday nights 2300 - 0830 Total Fortnightly Hours = 66.5 per fortnight Location: Noranda (North of the River) As a Night Duty Respite Support Worker, you'll have the opportunity to empower individuals with disabilities and their families by providing exceptional support and care. Your role will be multifaceted, ranging from assisting with daily living activities to promoting independence and providing a safe space for our customers to enjoy their respite stay. Key Responsibilities: Provide personalised support and assistance with daily living tasks such as personal care, meal preparation, medication assistance and household tasks (including cleaning and maintaining household hygiene) Foster independence by encouraging and supporting customers in developing life skills, decision‑making abilities and achieving personal goals Maintain accurate and detailed records, ensuring open communication with families and other support team members Promote a safe and respectful environment for customers adhering to Rocky Bay's policies and procedures Rocky Bay is looking for individuals who: Have a genuine passion for making a positive impact to our customers Excellent interpersonal skills and commitment to empowering our customers Have the ability to adapt to diverse situations and changing needs and circumstances of the individual and communities they support Have a willingness to learn and grow within the organisation Have strong computer and administration skills What's in it for you?
