Whether it's a casual pint, family dinner, or enjoying a game of pool, darts or even golf, we're the go-to spot for our community. Now, we're on the lookout for a hands‑on Duty Manager who's ready to lead from the front and help keep things running smoothly. About the Role: As Duty Manager, you'll be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the venue during your shift. You'll ensure the team is delivering top-notch customer service, the venue is running efficiently, and everyone – staff and guests alike – are having a great time. Key Responsibilities: Lead and support the front-of-house team during service Ensure smooth daily operations and handle any issues as they arise Maintain a high standard of customer service and venue presentation Manage staff shifts and breaks during shifts Handle cash and POS operations accurately Ensure compliance with RSA and safety regulations What We're Looking For: Previous hospitality or bar management experience (desired) A natural leader with great communication and problem‑solving skills Passion for creating a welcoming and enjoyable customer experience Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and public holidays Current RSA (Responsible Service of Alcohol) essential Approved Manager Card (or willing to obtain) essential What We Offer: A supportive and friendly team environment Staff discounts and incentives A fun, fast‑paced venue with a strong community vibe Your application will include the following questions: Which of the following statements best describes your right to work in Australia?
