In this Associate Director, Diversified Credit role, you will: Provide an independent and granular assessment of business and personal lending from a wide range of clients and businesses. Undertake credit application decisioning with a 2nd line credit Delegated Commitment Authority. Ensure that an acceptable level of risk is maintained and losses are kept to a minimum and would routinely involve assessing funding applications within the delegated commitment authority issued. Provide constructive suggestions for change/improvement. Participate in delivery of strategic initiatives Assisting with proactive management of day-to-day operations What you’ll bring Extensive Banking/ Credit Risk experience. Demonstrated experience in autonomously decisioning business lending transactions within a delegated authority. Extensive knowledge of business and economic issues, understanding of business operating cycles and industry knowledge and understanding. High level of communication skills, proven problem-solving skills, time management skills, conflict resolution, negotiation and presentation skills. #J-18808-Ljbffr
