The Role As a Project Manager with Diversified you will be managing multiple commercial audio‑visual projects and overseeing the installation of audio‑visual hardware/equipment and installation of complex controls. Day‑to‑day responsibilities include: Oversee and monitor the progress of the project, including supervising technical staff, monitoring quality of work, speed of work, ensuring punctuality and presentation as a company representative. Coordinating the design through liaising with various client stakeholders such as consultants, architects and builders as well as our internal engineering department to ensure the timely production of shop drawings. Monitoring the procurement of equipment and equipment design. Identifying any scope creep and facilitating the variation quotations, justification, and implementation of the additional works. Ensuring sufficient and updated documentation is available to all project staff. Checking quality of the work performed on site. Coordination of the manufacture of custom items. Ensuring sufficient resources are arranged for installation, commissioning, and programming. Attending, or in some cases chairing, project or site meetings to ensure sufficient communication and coordination for a successful project. Monitoring of the cost and time spent during the project to ensure completion within budget. Skills & Experience Minimum 2 years’ proven experience as a Project Manager or equivalent in the Audio Visual industry. A hands‑on approach with practical and analytical skills. Excellent communication skills, verbal and written. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines. A sound understanding of audio‑visual systems and other related construction service disciplines. Current valid driver’s licence and personal vehicle. Have Australian Citizenship requirement for obtaining AGSVA clearance. What’s in it for you?
