Accounting and Treasury Manager Our client is a leading global consumer goods company headquartered in Europe and is looking for an experienced Accounting and Treasury Manager to join its Finance team. The role reports to the Finance Director and leads a small accounts team, responsible for managing financial records, cash flow forecasting, compliance, and reporting across Australia and New Zealand. Responsibilities Manage financial records and oversee financial reporting across Australia and New Zealand. Forecast cash flow and maintain liquidity. Ensure tax compliance and manage inter‑company processes. Lead a small accounts team and support a people‑first culture. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance. CA ANZ or CPA membership (must be held at the time of application). 5–10 years of relevant experience, including tax compliance and inter‑company processes. Experience with NetSuite ERP is highly regarded. Requirements Existing Australian work rights. Demonstrable experience in a multi‑national organisation. Strong analytical, communication, and leadership skills. Commitment to fostering a positive, people‑first culture.
