Brightstar Resources(ASX: BTR) owns and operates the Second Fortune and Fish Gold Mines in the Laverton Goldfields region of Western Australia, with projects extending across Laverton, Menzies, and Sandstone. We have an exciting opportunity for a Mobile Maintenance Superintendent to join our dynamic team at our Second Fortune site , focused on ramping up the mine operations. ABOUT US Joining a small team on a 8/6 roster, your duties will include: Foster strong communication between maintenance, operations, planning, and management. Ensure all maintenance tasks are completed safely, efficiently, and in line with OEM and site standards. Ensure all maintenance activities comply with site safety systems, statutory requirements, and company procedures. Monitor equipment performance & downtime while driving initiatives to optimise equipment availability, extend component life, and reduce unplanned downtime. Manage maintenance budgets, labour resources, and contractor engagement. Identify cost-saving opportunities without compromising safety or reliability ABOUT YOU Experienced Maintenance Superintendent with extensive operational exposure. Strong technical background in underground equipment maintenance. Excellent communication and leadership capabilities. Proven ability to lead, mentor, and develop diverse teams. Proactive focus on continuous improvement, safety performance, and cost control.
