Operations & Maintenance Superintendent QLD- UGL Defence has an Asset Management, Operations and Maintenance contract for the Defence Fuels network. We are recruiting a Operations & Maintenance Superintendent QLD to join our business in what is an exciting and unique opportunity to work in the Australia Defence environment to support the national security requirements of the Nation.**The Opportunity**The O&M Superintendent, reporting to the National O&M Manager, will be responsible for the effective operation and maintenance of various assets and sites throughout QLD. * Lead, motivate and manage a team of Supervisors and approximately and their teams of Trades and Operators* Manage the delivery of Operations and Maintenance in line with business plan* Collaborate with other teams to ensure timely and effective delivery of the Asset Management plans* Take ownership of O&M budget performance and meaningfully contribute to annual business plan and contact status reporting* Champion the best practice HSSE Management, UGL and Defence best practices and the One HSE Culture across all sites in region through promotion setting clear expectationsWe are flexible for this role to be based in Brisbane or Townsville and be mobile across our QLD sites.**Ideal attributes**The following Ideal attributes are highly desired, but if you do not tick all the boxes, you could still be a great fit.
