About The Role As the Sales Trainer, you will work with talented and motivated sales people in our Sydney office. In this role, you will manage the Sales Team onboarding curriculum, content, and delivery for new and tenured Account Executives. You will work on onboarding, training updates, and cross-team initiatives to impact learning and development for the growing team. What You’ll Do Here Schedule new hire onboarding groups, create training schedules, and coordinate session presenters Own the sales employee onboarding program in APAC Deliver instructor-led classroom training and onboarding curriculum for sales staff Analyze sales trainings to identify effectiveness and opportunities for improvement Create role-specific training materials from new hires to tenured staff Collaborate with sales managers and Commercial Enablement to develop curriculums and define success measures; rollout new information and drive adoption of new ways of working Ensure training materials are current; manage recurring updates for consistency and accuracy; promote user-created documentation Maintain training tools (Training Content Drive, learning management systems, Sales Help Pages) Develop and maintain a feedback loop with the sales training team and new hires; review adjustments regularly Generate sales training materials for new product releases and coordinate with regional sales leaders and product champions Empower new sales team members to be self-sufficient after 6 months Enable the sales team to demonstrate new features using live client examples or updated demo dashboards; coordinate with BI if needed Requirements 2+ years of sales training experience, or 3+ years of sales experience with prior training experience Exceptional communication skills including clear and concise writing, engaging presentation style, and group facilitation Advanced presentation skills and ability to train employees effectively Strong written and verbal communication; ability to work with all levels (management, staff) Strong leadership and teamwork skills with demonstrated cross-team collaboration Technical aptitude and ability to learn new software and programs Experience working within a CRM Background/experience in training, teaching, or education is a plus Bonus Points If You Have Familiar with the tourism industry, specifically tours and activities Experience with learning and enablement Experience with SaaS Benefits Global leave benefit including 22 weeks paid parental leave, 2 weeks paid grandparent leave, extended care and bereavement leave Life insurance policy Opportunity to share ideas and make a difference in a growing company Fast-paced, high-energy and engaging work environment 26 days of annual leave Work-from-home assistance Educational opportunities including individual skill development & growth programming Social hours, events, and team-building Hybrid-friendly workplace Wellness benefits (Headspace subscription and wellness webinars) FareHarbor is an equal opportunity employer.
