Join us and be part of a bold, innovative team redefining what’s possible ClickUp is looking for a Channel Account Manager for the APAC region based in Australia. This resource will play a leading role in how we execute and refine our partner motion. The primary focus will be to optimize, activate, and recruit our APAC channel by managing onboarding services, solutions, and sales partners. The Channel Account Manager is a quota‑carrying, revenue‑producing role responsible for recruiting, onboarding, and managing relationships with a defined portfolio of partners. The role involves selective partner recruitment, engaging partners in ClickUp’s partner program, and driving joint business planning. Collaboration with ClickUp’s direct sales teams locally is also key. The Role: Recruit new partners aligned with our ideal partner profile. Current partner types include VARs, Referral Partners, Consultancies, Agencies, and System Integrators. Manage partnerships across APAC and other countries in alignment with ClickUp Partner Programs. Work with partners to develop a repeatable service offering that utilizes ClickUp as the underlying platform for market launch. Act as a sales coach and mentor to partners, enabling them to run an effective, predictable sales process that delivers consistent revenue. Exceed revenue targets by developing and maintaining relationships with potential and existing channel partners. Engage and manage ClickUp partner programs and relationships in support of partnership objectives and sales opportunities (e.g., direct sales, sales engineers, channel marketing). Must be willing to travel (when public health policies allow). Qualifications: 5 years of channel sales experience in enterprise application software. SaaS experience preferred. Ideal if you have built a partner program and understand a sales‑led partner model where partners sell licenses with their own professional services. 5 years of channel experience and ideally an existing network of software‑focused partners in the APAC region with an understanding of a hybrid go‑to‑market model. Demonstrated ability with partner recruitment and joint business planning. Demonstrated ability to drive cross‑functional teaming. Fluent in English; additional APAC languages are a plus.
