As we continue to grow our national broker footprint, we’re looking for a Broker Customer Onboarding Specialist to join our expanding Broker team and play a critical role in welcoming our newest customers. The role will be based in our Brisbane or Bundaberg office. About The Role As a Broker Customer Onboarding Specialist, you’ll be the first point of contact for customers referred by our broker network. Your role is to deliver a warm, seamless and confident onboarding experience that sets customers up for success — and reinforces brokers’ trust in our process, service and brand. You will guide customers through the early stages of their home‑lending journey, ensuring they understand their options, feel supported, and have everything they need to move forward smoothly. With a blend of service excellence, accuracy, and relationship focus, you’ll play a key role in improving conversion, retention and overall broker advocacy. What You’ll Do Deliver timely, compliant and high‑quality onboarding experiences for all broker‑referred customers Understand customer needs and provide clear, helpful product guidance Complete onboarding steps including account setup, documentation and follow‑up within agreed service levels Partner with internal colleagues to deliver a smooth end‑to‑end journey Support loan conversion by creating a confident and positive first experience Adhere to internal policies, privacy, and AML/CTF requirements Contribute insights and ideas to help improve the broker and customer experience Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of products, policies and our third‑party channel About You You’ll thrive in this role if you: Love talking to customers and delivering exceptional phone‑based service Have strong attention to detail and a passion for getting things right Enjoy working in a fast‑paced environment where accuracy and compliance matter Bring confidence, warmth and professionalism to every interaction Are curious, adaptable and eager to contribute to a growing team Have experience in banking, lending, customer service, financial services or broker support (highly desirable) Why join us?
