Compliance Coordinator - 12 Month Contract Silkwood is a renowned Independent School providing a unique 21st century learning journey for students from Prep to Year 12 across two campuses at Mt Nathan and Robina on the Gold Coast. The Compliance Coordinator plays a crucial part in ensuring that our school adheres to all applicable laws, regulations, and policies. You will be responsible for developing, implementing, and monitoring compliance programs to safeguard the integrity of our operations. It goes without saying that you will need to have great interpersonal and communication skills, strive to work in partnership, with a customer focus. Key Result Areas Compliance Training : Implement compliance training and programs across the school Risk Management : Manage the whole school approach to risk management, compliance and occupational health and safety Compliance Administration : Ensure the school is up to date and compliant with all compliance related requirements Policies and procedures : Manage essential policies and procedures across the school Working in Partnership : Work in partnership with stakeholders to support the implementation of ‘The Silkwood Way’ Silkwood is a special place to work, and we want to see you thrive.
