Role Descriptions The Team Lead Psychologist role involves overseeing a team of mental health professionals while providing direct psychological services, including counseling, psychological assessments, and therapeutic programs. Responsibilities include guiding team operations, conducting client sessions, developing individual and group treatment plans, maintaining accurate documentation, and contributing to a positive workplace culture. Collaboration and leadership will be integral to supporting both clients and team development. Other psychologist roles offer variability and flexibility while maintaining our professional, person-centred approach to client support. Group and individual supervision is provided weekly, alongside professional development and advancement opportunities. Responsibilities Oversee team operations and governance Provide direct psychological services: counseling, assessments, therapeutic programmes Conduct client sessions and develop individual/group treatment plans Maintain accurate documentation and comply with professional standards Foster a positive and collaborative workplace culture Support and mentor team members through supervision and professional development Qualifications Registration as a Psychologist with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA) Minimum 2 years’ post-registration experience in a clinical or community-based setting Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build rapport with clients from diverse backgrounds Experience in evidence-based psychological interventions Excellent clinical assessment, formulation and treatment planning abilities Commitment to ongoing professional development and a collaborative approach to care Experience managing a team is required for the Team Lead role #J-18808-Ljbffr
