Our aim is to provide a seamless banking experience for our customer, with a goal of being one of the world’s best contact centres. What do I need? At least 12 months of customer service experience (any industry) Thriving in a corporate and professional working environment Ability to thrive in a high‑paced, KPI‑driven environment Genuine interest in Banking and Financial Services To be successful in this role, you’ll be required to work across our operating hours Monday to Friday 8 AM to 8 PM. Willingness to commute and work onsite at our Kogarah office starting from the 7th of November 2025.
