Vehicle Scheduler/Clerk Operating as a big local in Mackay for over 30 years, Auto Corner is home to Australia's favourite car brands Toyota, Mazda, Hyundai and Isuzu Ute. Our Pre Delivery department is looking for a highly organised and enthusiastic individual to fill the role of Vehicle Scheduler/Clerk. The main focus of this role is to look after the administration duties involved with the vehicle delivery process, from receipt of instruction through to delivery. Key Duties Liaising with sales departments, sublets and internal departments to schedule on-time vehicle deliveries. Setting up and maintaining paper and electronic filing systems for records & correspondence. Invoicing and reconciliation of parts and labour. Scheduling of vehicles into our workshop. Ideal Candidate Sound knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite. A highly organised demeanour. Good communication skills and a positive attitude. Great attention to detail. Ability to work under pressure. Ability to work in a systematic manner. Administration experience in an automotive dealership will be highly regarded, as well as knowledge of vehicle parts and systems – but this is not essential.
