THE POSITION: Our Pre Delivery department is looking for a highly organised and enthusiastic individual to fill the role of Vehicle Scheduler/Clerk . The main focus of this role is to look after the administration duties involved with the vehicle delivery process, from receipt of instruction through to delivery. Key Duties include: Liaising with sales departments, sublets and internal departments to schedule on-time vehicle deliveries. Setting up and maintaining paper and electronic filing systems for records & correspondence. Invoicing and reconciliation of parts and labour. Scheduling of vehicles into our workshop. The ideal candidate will have: Sound knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite A highly organised demeanour Good communication skills and a positive attitude Great attention to detail Ability to work under pressure Ability to work in a systematic manner Administration experience in an automotive dealership will be highly regarded, as well as knowledge of vehicle parts and systems – but this is not essential.
