Our end-to-end service includes liaising with client’s advisors such as accountants, financial planners and mortgage advisors to achieve a measured and holistic outcome. The Opportunity We are seeking a Client Manager to work closely with the Managing Director and a Partner to support clients throughout their entire investment journey. This diverse role suits someone with experience in sales, client management or professional services (valuation, accounting, finance, mortgage broking, banking) who wants to step into a more strategic and client focused position within the property investment sector. No two days are the same. If you are organised, proactive, relationship driven and excited to be part of a growing investment agency, this could an excellent next step. Key Responsibilities Support the Managing Director and Partner across acquisition, advisory and client management workflows Attend client strategy sessions and assist in managing the client experience end-to-end Prepare offers, liaise with sales agents and communicate updates to clients Coordinate with the research team on markets of interest, due diligence and property strategy Assess and filter investment opportunities to present to Managing Director, Partner and their clients Monitor market trends and analyse property data to support recommendations Build and maintain strong relationships with sales agents for access to off market and pre-market opportunities Liaise with solicitors, mortgage brokers, financial planners and accountants throughout the transaction Work closely with the acquisitions and contract management team for seamless purchase execution Manage CRM entries, client engagement workflows and internal systems Assist with post settlement follow up and client service Key Skills and Attributes Self-starter with initiative and motivation Highly organised with excellent attention to detail Strong interpersonal skills and confidence engaging with senior stakeholders Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines Team orientated with a collaborative mindset High professional and ethical standards Proficient with CRM systems, MS Office and other technology Most Saturdays will be required and can be worked from home. A day in lieu is provided during the week. Hold a current Real Estate Licence, or willingness to obtain Occasional interstate travel Small, energetic team working within a larger office environment in North Sydney NSW.
