Sales Consultant – Property Investment

Finvest is a high-performance property advisory and sales business specialising in Australia wide investment property, off‑market opportunities, and wholesale developer relationships. We're expanding and need a driven Sales Consultant who can own the full sales cycle—from lead qualification through to contract signing—while delivering a premium client experience. The Role As a Sales Consultant, you will: Manage warm, high‑intent leads generated through our internal marketing funnels Deliver structured property presentations (phone, Zoom, and in‑person) Guide clients through property options and suitability Coordinate with developers, lenders, finance brokers and internal admin for contract issuing and deal progression Maintain accurate CRM notes, pipeline tracking, and weekly conversions Hit monthly sales targets Attend occasional events, workshops, and client nights (paid overtime) This role suits someone who understands real estate or investment sales and thrives in a structured, KPIs‑driven environment. What We're Looking For Proven experience in real estate, investment sales, or high‑ticket B2C sales Strong communication and objection‑handling capability Ability to run a clean pipeline and close consistently Comfortable explaining finance, tax & property concepts High personal accountability and follow‑through 1‑2 years of experience in real estate, investment sales, or high‑ticket B2C sales will be highly regarded.
