YOUR ROLE As the Performing Arts Centre Manager, you will be responsible for leading the strategic and effective management of the centre by sourcing, developing, promoting, and delivering a high quality cultural performing arts program of performances and activities to the community that is an innovative, dynamic, and diverse program of theatre, drama, music and other performances and activities. You are required to demonstrate a strong commercial, business acumen to ensure productive, collaborative business partnerships while also providing inspirational leadership and direction to a highly motivated team. YOUR WORKING ENVIRONMENT (for eligible employees) A commencing annual salary between $115,018 - $129,447 dependent upon skills and experience, inclusive of 12% superannuation.
