Overview Goulburn Performing Arts Centre has opened a 403 seat, state‑of‑the‑art proscenium arch theatre in the heart of Goulburn’s CBD. The centre has won national and international architecture awards and attracts world‑class performances enjoyed by local, regional and statewide audiences. Your role As Performing Arts Centre Manager you will lead the strategic and effective management of the centre. Your responsibilities include: Sourcing, developing, promoting and delivering a high‑quality cultural performing arts program of theatre, drama, music and other activities. Demonstrating strong commercial and business acumen to ensure productive, collaborative business partnerships. Providing inspirational leadership and direction to a highly motivated team. Benefits A commencing annual salary between $115,018 – $129,447 inclusive of 12% superannuation. Work a 9‑day fortnight based on a 35‑hour week.
