Lotus Naturopathy & Massage is a busy, well-established, multi-award winning holistic health clinic located in Ourimbah. We're looking for a Remedial Massage Therapist – either a new graduate ready to step into clinic work or an experienced therapist seeking a supportive and holistic environment. This is a contractor-style position, with client bookings provided, and the opportunity to work within a passionate, wellness-focused team. If you're someone who is genuinely interested in holistic health, enjoys helping others, and can manage a fast-paced day of back-to-back treatments, we'd love to hear from you. What We Offer: A fully furnished treatment room within a thriving clinic Established client base and bookings provided Work alongside a qualified Naturopath, Nutritionist, Herbalist, PT and Massage Therapists Friendly, down-to-earth team culture Two weekdays (Monday and Tuesday) + 1 Saturday/month Scope to increase hours based on performance and demand Informal mentoring and professional development opportunities About You: You are a professional, confident and caring therapist who: Holds a Diploma of Remedial Massage (new graduates welcome to apply) Must be an Australian citizen Must have current health fund provider status at commencement of employment Has an ABN, professional indemnity & public liability insurance, and current First Aid Has a strong interest in holistic health and wellbeing Can work independently and manage time effectively Has great communication and people skills Is comfortable managing basic admin – including bookings, payments, and reception duties (we do not have a receptionist) Looking for long term stability and willing to grow with the business. Bonus if you offer additional modalities such as dry needling, cupping, lymphatic drainage, or pregnancy massage. Be careful - Don’t provide your bank or credit card details when applying for jobs.
