Education Services Australia (ESA) is a ministerial not-for-profit company committed to making a positive difference in the lives and learning of Australian students. The Digital Services area manages the design, delivery and promotion of a portfolio of online products, services and projects. Including our Careers team who deliver the National Career Information Service, which includes myfuture , an online delivery platform and professional learning for career practitioners and teachers. They are responsible for the delivery and promotion of myfuture content for career education professionals in schools and education settings. This is a great opportunity to move into the commercial sector but still make a difference in supporting students with their career planning. In this role, you will Design, develop and deliver a train‑the‑trainer course for careers education professionals in schools and education settings. Establish and maintain a myfuture ambassador program with state and territory education jurisdictions and career practitioner networks working closely with our major stakeholders. Develop best practice classroom user guides and lesson plans on myfuture for new and experienced users of myfuture. Provide subject matter expertise in careers education in an Australian school setting for the development of all new and existing resources. Present at conferences and other events as required to promote myfuture, network, research new initiatives and gather user feedback. Engage with key stakeholders and support organisations to understand and promote the use of myfuture. Contribute to other Careers projects, in order to expand the Careers Services portfolio Manage and develop two direct reports. Who we're looking for You are a highly organised, pro‑active person, with strong interpersonal skills. You have experience and expertise in career education or career development services, particularly in a school setting. You have good understanding of the career development policy landscape and key stakeholders. You have the ability to develop and deliver training courses or training course materials. You have strong stakeholder management skills with business development experience. You have excellent presentation, negotiation and verbal communication skills. You have strong attention to detail and excellent written communication skills. Having experience working with a web‑based solution would be highly desirable. You can travel interstate if required. You have qualifications in Education and Career Development or an equivalent combination of experience in education and training will be considered.
