Mason Lawyers are seeking an outgoing, responsible Receptionist / Secretary to join their team. The position is full time based at our Warners Bay office, but we would consider reduced hours (for example school hours) each day. Responsibilities Photocopying, faxing and scanning when required Secretarial and administrative support to personal assistants and professional staff. Maintenance of general office supplies General maintenance of office areas i.e. reception, conference rooms and kitchens. Filing Daily errands Qualifications Current driver’s licence and reliable vehicle Sound computer literacy including good working knowledge of Microsoft Office Immaculate presentation Proactive, reliable, flexible and a team player The position is an entry level position within the firm. Previous experience in a legal firm is preferred but not essential. Please ensure anyprevious work experience, in a legal firm or any other customer service role, is included in your resume.
